Bu Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları, Çınar Teknoloji tarafından sunulan SYC Bireysel mobil uygulaması (iOS & Android) ve cinartekno.com web hizmetleri için geçerlidir.

2. Yapay Zeka (AI) Teknolojileri ve Otomatik Hassas Veri Maskeleme

Uygulama, finansal belge okuma, bütçe sınıflandırması ve davranışsal finans koçluğu sunmak amacıyla ileri yapay zeka (AI) ve makine öğrenimi modellerinden yararlanmaktadır:

  • Cihaz İçi Makine Öğrenimi (Google ML Kit OCR): Kamera ve galeriden alınan fiş görüntüleri, cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak taranarak metne dönüştürülür.
  • Banka Ekstresi Analiz Motoru (Google Gemini API): Kullanıcının yüklediği banka ekstreleri (PDF, Excel, CSV veya görsel), harcama kalemleri ve işlem tutarlarının tespiti amacıyla Google Gemini yapay zeka altyapısına aktarılır.
  • Otomasyonlu Hassas Veri Maskeleme (PII Masking Shield): Ekstre metinleri yapay zeka servisine aktarılmadan önce istemci/ara katman filtrelerimiz tarafından taranır; 11 haneli T.C. Kimlik Numaraları [TCKN_MASKED], 16 haneli Kredi ve Banka Kartı Numaraları [CARD_MASKED] ve TR IBAN Numaraları [IBAN_MASKED] olarak otomatik olarak maskelenir. Bu sayede hiçbir açık kart veya kimlik numarası yapay zeka sistemlerine iletilmez.
  • Yerel Finans Koçu (Ollama LLM): Yerel veya güvenli mikroservis modelleri üzerinden bütçe disiplini ve davranışsal rehberlik içgörüleri üretilir.

3. Veri Güvenliği: %100 Cihaz İçi Veriler vs. Şifreli PostgreSQL Bulut Depolama

  • %100 Cihaz İçi (Zero-Knowledge) Veriler: Şifre Kasası (passwords — AES-256 yerel şifreleme), Dijital Arşiv (digital_archive — tapu, ruhsat, sözleşme görsel/PDF'leri), kredi kartı tam numaraları ve işletim sistemi biyometrik verileri (Apple Secure Enclave ve Android Keystore) kesinlikle sunucuya aktarılmaz, %100 cihaz içinde saklanır.
  • Ücretsiz Katman ve Geçici RAM İşleme (transient: true): Ücretsiz kullanıcıların tüm verileri yalnızca yerel cihaz hafızasında tutulur. AI ekstre veya fiş okuma kullanıldığında veriler veritabanına kaydedilmeksizin, sadece anlık bellek (RAM) üzerinde geçici olarak (transient: true) işlenir ve analiz sonunda derhal imha edilir.
  • Premium Katman ve PostgreSQL Senkronizasyonu: Premium abonelerin verileri cihazlar arası eşitleme için istemci tarafında AES-256-CBC zarf şifreleme ile şifrelenerek Çınar Teknoloji'nin kendi kontrolündeki PostgreSQL bulut veritabanında (panel.cinarteknoloji.com / syc_api) saklanır. Google Firebase veritabanı altyapısı yerine self-hosted PostgreSQL kullanılmaktadır.

4. Abonelikler, Ödemeler ve Reklamlar

  • Ödeme Altyapısı (In-App Purchases & RevenueCat): Abonelik ödemeleri Apple App Store ve Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir. Abonelik durumu ve lisans doğrulama RevenueCat (purchases_flutter) üzerinden yönetilir. Çınar Teknoloji kredi kartı bilgilerinize asla erişemez.
  • Mobil Reklamlar & ATT: Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob (google_mobile_ads) reklamları sunulabilir. iOS kullanıcıları için Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) izinleri eksiksiz uygulanır.

5. Yatırım Tavsiyesi Olmadığı Beyanı (SPK & BDDK Uyarısı)

SPK Yasal Uyarısı (6362 Sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu): SYC Bireysel içerisindeki Yatırım Kasası canlı kur değerlemeleri (TCMB verileri), Enflasyon Kalkanı, 50/30/20 bütçe analizleri, Borç Eritme simülasyonları ve AI Finans Koçu içgörüleri kesinlikle "Yatırım Danışmanlığı" niteliğinde değildir. Uygulama, kullanıcının girdiği veriler üzerinden çalışan algoritmik bir bütçe ve portföy izleme aracıdır.

6. Hesap Silme, Abonelik İptali ve 13 Tablolu Veri İmhası (Right to Erasure)

Kullanıcı dilediği an hesabını silebilir. Hesap silindiğinde veya abonelik iptal edildiğinde PostgreSQL sunucusundaki 13 tablonun tamamı (transactions, accounts, assets, subscriptions, loans, credit_cards, goals, budgets, reminders, user_gamification, statement_uploads, user_category_rules, ai_insights, resolution_queue) kalıcı ve geri döndürülemez biçimde derhal silinir.

This Privacy Policy governs the use of the SYC Bireysel mobile application (iOS & Android) and web services provided by Çınar Teknoloji (accessible at cinartekno.com and sycaimore.com).

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technologies & Automated PII Masking Shield

The Application utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies solely to provide statement parsing, receipt scanning, and personal financial coaching:

  • On-Device Machine Learning OCR (Google ML Kit): Receipt and invoice images scanned via camera/gallery are processed on-device using Google ML Kit OCR.
  • Document Statement Parsing (Google Gemini API): User-uploaded bank statements (PDF, Excel, CSV, or images) are parsed to identify transaction lines and amounts via the Google Gemini API.
  • Automated Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Masking: Prior to transmitting any statement or receipt text to the AI model, our automated sanitization engine strips sensitive identifiers:
    • 11-digit Turkish National ID Numbers (TCKN) are replaced with [TCKN_MASKED],
    • 16-digit Credit and Debit Card numbers are replaced with [CARD_MASKED],
    • Turkish International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) are replaced with [IBAN_MASKED].
    No unmasked card numbers, IBANs, or national identity numbers are ever shared with third-party AI models.
  • Behavioral Financial Coaching: Algorithmic and local LLM models provide spending guardrails, 50/30/20 budget allocations, and Safe-to-Spend metrics.

3. Security Architecture: On-Device Zero-Knowledge vs. Encrypted PostgreSQL Cloud Sync

  • 100% On-Device Data: The Password Vault (passwords — encrypted via client-side AES-256), Digital Archive (digital_archive — contracts, deeds, and asset attachments), full credit card numbers, and OS biometric authentications (Apple Secure Enclave and Android Keystore) never leave your physical device and are never transmitted to our servers.
  • Free Tier & Ephemeral Processing (transient: true): Free tier users store all financial records exclusively on their local device. When AI extraction is used, documents are processed ephemerally in RAM (transient: true) without database persistence and are wiped immediately upon completion.
  • Premium Tier & PostgreSQL Cloud Sync: For Premium subscribers desiring multi-device sync, records are protected with client-side AES-256-CBC envelope encryption before synchronization to our self-hosted PostgreSQL database (panel.cinarteknoloji.com / syc_api) over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. We do not use Google Firebase database for financial records.
  • No Direct Banking API Connection: SYC Bireysel does not connect to bank accounts via Open Banking APIs; all financial entries are user-derived and managed manually or via user-uploaded statements.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Advertising

  • In-App Purchases & RevenueCat: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) and Google Play Store (Google Play Billing). Subscription validation is facilitated by RevenueCat (purchases_flutter). We never collect or store your payment card details.
  • Mobile Ads & Apple ATT: Google AdMob (google_mobile_ads) may serve non-personalized ads on the Free tier. On iOS, tracking identifiers are subject to the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

5. Non-Investment Advisory Disclaimer (Capital Markets Law)

LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Portfolio valuations, live currency rates (Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey - TCMB), Inflation Shield scores, 50/30/20 check-up prescriptions, Debt Avalanche/Snowball calculations, and AI Financial Coach insights provided by the Application do NOT constitute investment advisory services, financial consulting, or fiduciary advice under Capital Markets Law No. 6362 or international banking regulations. All outputs are mathematical and algorithmic calculations based strictly on user-entered data.

6. Data Retention, Right to Erasure (13 PostgreSQL Tables) & Contact

Users have the unconditional right to delete their account at any time. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, all user records across all 13 PostgreSQL tables (transactions, accounts, assets, subscriptions, loans, credit_cards, goals, budgets, reminders, user_gamification, statement_uploads, user_category_rules, ai_insights, resolution_queue) are permanently and irrevocably purged.
